The Registrar’s Office is the overseer of student’s transcripts. A transcript is a legal document containing a cumulative academic record of a student’s academic history. In order for a transcript to be released, the student’s legal signature is required. Official transcripts can be requested in person, mail, or by fax.
The cost of each official transcript is $5. An unofficial copy of a transcript is $1.00. A transcript request form can be completed in the Registrar's Office or you may print the Transcript Request Form and mail it to the Registrar's Office at the address listed on the Transcript Request Form. Each request received by mail must include the student's legal signature and include the following information:
Student’s full name (including former name, if enrolled under a different name previously), Social Security Number, dates of enrollment at Mid-Continent University, name and full address where the transcript is to be mailed, a check, money order, or credit card with number, name of the card, date of expiration, and three digit code (located on the back of your card).
To ensure that your official transcript arrives prior to admission to another institution, please make your request at least two weeks in advance.
