The Department of Social Studies includes a track for two degrees-a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Arts (for those pursuing four semesters of a foreign/ancient language).

You will focus on general education classes the first two years, while concurrently pursuing your beginning studies in the major. The Junior/Senior years provide a more extensive study of the major. A faculty advisor will work closely with you to ensure an effective degree completion plan. We will help you fulfill your aspirations in the field of social studies.
