Mid-Continent’s accelerated graduate program in Human Resource Management is a business-oriented degree that has a dual emphasis in management and human resources. This degree is designed for the practitioner, but also qualifies graduates to teach management (with 1 additional course) and human resources. The primary focus is on leadership, training, and personnel.
Tailored for working adults desiring career advancement or career change, adults can complete their master’s degree by attending face-to-face classes locally one night a week from 6 to 10 p.m or online anytime. The interactive environment provides rich opportunities for adults to learn from their peers as well as their professors. The program consists of 12 classes taken consecutively (36 credits) in 22 months of instruction. Students are classified as fulltime. Individuals entering the program must have at least two years of professional experience and/or prerequisite coursework.
