COUNSELING PRACTICUM

This course is designed to provide formal biblical perspective a clinical exposure to the task of counseling. The course assists the student with the acquisition and development of skills needed in a helping framework. The student will develop skills needed to aid clients in accomplishing goals allowing them to manage problem situations of their lives more effectively. This course affords the student an opportunity to analyze case studies through participation. (Prerequisite: PSY 1013, General Psychology, PSY 2103, Introduction to Counseling, PSY 3113, Abnormal Psychology, PSY 3303 Theories of Personality Development)
