This graduate level course examines concepts and practices involved in the design and development of compensation systems within organizations. Students will gain understanding of the legal framework, job analysis, evaluation, market pricing, equity issues, external competitiveness, employee motivation, benefits administration, and elements of compensation systems. Application exercises such as case studies and skill builders will stimulate understanding of these concepts.
