This graduate level course examines means for utilizing human resources for competitive and strategic advantage in an increasingly diverse and challenging global environment. Business practices vital to profitability and sustaining value to customers and employees will be examined along with human resource issues involved in the development of employees will be examined. Human resource issues involved in the development of employees and leaders within an organization will also be explored. Case applications, class discussions, group assignments, and text reviews allow the learner to apply these concepts to modern practices in Human Resource Management.
