Mid-Continent University requires health insurance be maintained by all students enrolled in at least nine credit hours and attending class on campus. Mid-Continent has joined with Maksin Insurance Group to provide student health insurance to any traditional student who is enrolled for at least nine credit hours and attends class on campus for $310 per school year. A student who has personal (family) health insurance must complete a health insurance waiver before the first day and return it to the business office along with a copy of his/her current insurance card as proof of coverage or the student will be charged a non-refundable $310 for school provided health insurance. The Maksin policy is good for 12 full months.
