William Russell
Head Baseball Coach

William Russell returns for his fourth season as the Head Coach for the Mid-Continent University Baseball team. Coach Russell is from Clarksville, TN and graduated high school from Clarksville Academy and graduated from Mid-Continent University.

Coach Russell began his college playing career by playing two years at Aquinas College in Nashville, TN before coming to MCU and finishing his last two years playing for the Cougars. Coach Russell served one year as an Assistant Coach at MCU before taking the helm as the Head Coach. He also served as an Assistant Coach for the Ballard Co. Post 3 American Legion team for one year.

 

Coach Russell is married to Sara Wallace and resides in Paducah, Kentucky.
