Adult education is on the rise and Mid-Continent University is leading the way. The Advantage Program is an innovative and exceptionally effective approach to education by professional educators and employers. Tested principles of adult learning theory are incorporated to make all classes stimulating, relevant, challenging, and rewarding.

The ADVANTAGE Program offers two educational opportunities for adult students. The Associate of Science program is designed for students with less than 60 college credit hours and fulfills the core requirements mandated by the state of Kentucky. The Bachelor of Science program enables adults 25 years of age or older who have completed approximately 60 hours of college credit to complete a Bachelor Degree in Business Management. Both programs are designed to remove the barriers that commonly prevent busy adults from reaching their educational goals.
